„Wasn't as clean as it could be. The staff was okay very lacking. Breakfast was boring, and monotonous ended up just getting breakfast at the malls. Valet basically non existent, annoying taxi service at entrance, really annoyed that there barely were any floor staff especially upon check in. Will stay again because of location and price.”

„The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!”

GGuest UserInternet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.

JJackieXThe hotel is relatively old. On the first night, there were three power outages, two in the room and one on the floor waiting for the elevator. It was quite scary.
The location is convenient, but there isn't much to visit downstairs. It's not far from the best mall and the old town (by car). The indoor swimming pool is not big, the water quality is OK and the temperature is comfortable. The fitness room is a bit small. The room was quite big and the breakfast was lackluster. There are many five-star hotels in Panama City that are actually not expensive. In addition, the hotels in the old town are more stylish. If I hadn’t gone with the group, I wouldn’t have chosen it.
Bottled water in the room is only provided on the first day of stay, and will not be given again no matter how long the stay is. After confirming this rule with the front desk, I just thought it was weird.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel and the room are not very good, not as good as the pictures, the bed moves when you move, there is no sound insulation, you can hear everything the neighbors say clearly, the breakfast is not packed for us as the comments say, the front desk said that it is too early in the morning and breakfast is not prepared. The only advantage is that it is close to the airport and there is a car to take you to the airport.

MMayur JadhavRooms are small and the lobby is dark.. pool in one of the best in this hotel.. quite long & deep so full marks to the pool. gym is also very good and the breakfast spread is nice too. Overall a good hotel located in city and many restaurants & bars & clubs nearby. Pleasant stay and price you pay is really worth it.. will definitely stay here during our next visit.

RRemsenThe location is the best part of the hotel. The shower seems to have mold on the bottom. If it is not mold, it is not getting cleaned thoroughly. It’s very hard to get shampoo or conditioner out of the dispensers. I also don’t quite understand why the hotel
outs first a blanket on the bed and on top of it a sheet. I don’t think that it is. wry hygienic. I appreciate that the hotel
provides some on-the-go breakfast items for guests who leave before 6 AM.

PPieterBig disappointment. Booked it for the last 2 days of our holiday with intention to relax. They provided us with a room but we had to changed it after one night because they started to do some maintenance work on that floor. The second room had moist problems, a bad smell and a wet floor in the bathroom. People working there are very indifferent to their guests with some exception. Pool is nice but staff is very busy chatting with each other instead of looking after their guests. Way to overpriced. Much better options around with better pricing and service!

Very good varied breakfast, the only novelty was presented at the entrance because it did not reflect the reservation, I do not share the alternative solution by the establishment because they demanded a guarantee until the novelty was resolved, value that was refunded on the 3rd day.

SSashaAbsolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?
